(Vice President, Operations)
In his role as Vice President of Operations, Chris Sichi is responsible for guiding the daily operations of the organization, monitoring corporate compliance, managing the operation in accordance with the mission and values of the organization, and interfacing with clients. He and his team provide the core services to QMC clients.
Previously, Mr. Sichi served as the Inventory Control Manager at Weyerhaueser, Inc., a national building products distributor. In his role at Weyerhaueser, Mr. Sichi served as a part of the management team leading efforts in productivity, inventory control, and compliance. He brings substantial operations and leadership experience in areas such as productivity, operational effectiveness, and quality assurance.
Mr. Sichi also served as the Purchasing Manager for Iron City Sash & Door Co., which is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa. He directed all purchasing activities for multi-site, multi-state window and door distribution and manufacturing facilities. In this capacity, Mr. Sichi spearheaded various procurement programs and policies to improve investment returns and assure production, sales and customer service goals for the organization were consistently reached.
Mr. Sichi attended the Pennsylvania State University. He has more than 10 years of operations management experience and more than 15 years of business experience.
