Lisa Huffine
(Director, Human Resources)
Lisa Huffine, Human Resource Director, is responsible for recruitment and retention, career development, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, managing the performance evaluation process, and coordinating employee benefits.
Before coming to QMC, Ms. Huffine was the Human Resource Generalist for Share Group Inc, a telefundraising firm for non-profit organizations. Ms. Huffine began her career at Share as a Development Manager, coaching fundraisers. She was then promoted to Personnel Manager where her tasks included developing call center policies and employee management techniques for over 100 employees. Ms. Huffine was then promoted to HR Generalist for the three Share Group locations. Her tasks as HR Generalist included interviewing, recruiting, benefits, payroll reporting and office management.
Prior to Share Group Inc, Ms. Huffine was employed by a local ambulance service as the Accounts Payable Manager. She also has experience volunteering and working as an EMT. Ms. Huffine has attended CCAC and the University of Pittsburgh.
