Kelly Sichi
(Compliance and Audit Officer)
A 14-year veteran of QMC, Kelly Sichi is the firm's Compliance and Audit Officer. She began her career at QMC as a Billing Specialist; however, she has performed almost every role in the company, including claims processing, follow up, payment posting, training, and supervision.
Before joining QMC, Ms. Sichi was responsible for physician billing for a private practice. Her experience across a broad range of specialties and in various settings makes her a valuable asset to the QMC team.
In her current role at QMC, Ms. Sichi provides mentoring and support to the account supervisors, billing specialists and other personnel. She is actively involved in customer support initiatives and interfaces regularly with client representatives to meet their needs.
Ms. Sichi also serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer at QMC where she is the primary leader responsible for regulatory compliance and the ongoing education of QMC staff members.
