Janet Tamborino

Janet Tamborino is the Director of Billing Services at Quick Med Claims (QMC). She began her career at QMC in 1998 as a Billing Specialist; however she has performed almost every role in the company, including claims processing, follow up, payment posting, and supervision. This broad experience makes her one of the most experienced leaders available.
Prior to joining QMC, Mrs. Tamborino worked for several national durable medical equipment (DME), respiratory, and infusion organizations. In each of these roles Ms. Tamborino demonstrated essential skills in customer service and the importance of putting the patient first.
In her current role at QMC, Mrs. Tamborino provides mentoring and support to the Account Supervisors, while maintaining a broad oversight of the billing and reimbursement services across the organization. She is actively involved in customer support initiatives and interfaces regularly with client representatives to meet their needs. Mrs. Tamborino also plays an active role in regulatory compliance and the ongoing education of QMC staff members.
