All applicants must have a High School diploma or the equivalent, while medical billing or insurance verification experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must possess sufficient written and oral communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Computer and customer service skills are essential, as are organization and the ability to multi-task using multiple programs and windows simultaneously.

Flexible Work Schedules
QMC Team Members have the ability to work flexible work schedules (i.e.: working four (4), 10-hour days with one (1) day off during the week). We also offer flexibility during the work week based on our hours of operation.
Holidays and Paid Time Off
QMC provides a casual work environment with the following paid holidays:

After your first 90 days, your accrued PTO is available for use. Additionally, QMC will grant an advance on up to 40 hours of future PTO to help you manage family obligations and plan vacations.
QMC provides annual performance reviews for all Team Members. We offer newly hired Team Members from all backgrounds hands-on training courses to help you learn our systems, processes, and procedures. After being employed with QMC for at least 90 days, you may be eligible to take a sponsored Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) course through the National Ambulance Association of Coding (NAAC). We also offer accredited continuing education courses at no charge to keep your current coding certifications valid.
