QMC offers employees a generous 401(k) plan. The plan is offered at the beginning of the quarter following ninety (90) days of service. Benefits include matching funds and an annual discretionary profit share.

When you are hired with QMC you start earning benefits on day one!
Once you have been with QMC for ninety days, your accrued PTO is available for use. Additionally QMC will grant you an advance on up to 40 hours of future PTO to help you manage family obligations and plan vacations. In addition, QMC also allows employees to roll over up to forty hours of PTO annually and accrue up to a maximum allotment of 160 total hours per year. QMC also offers unpaid personal time away from work for emergency situations and a paid day off for your birthday!
