QMC maintains an active Corporate Compliance Program that promotes compliant processes and behavior throughout the organization.
Our program is modeled after The Office of Inspector General’s Seven Fundamental Elements of an Effective Compliance Program:
Designation of a compliance officer and compliance committee.
Development of compliance policies and procedures, including standards of conduct.
Developing open lines of communication.
Appropriate training and education.
Internal monitoring and auditing.
Response to detected deficiencies.
Enforcement of disciplinary standards.
QMC understands that compliance is an ongoing and serious matter in our industry. We view corporate compliance not so much as a set of rules that need to be followed, but as a culture that emanates from within the entire organization.
