As Interim Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of Quick Med Claims, Mary Craig is responsible for corporate governance, risk and compliance efforts and general compliance oversight of the entire organization. She serves as a Chairman of the Compliance Committee and is a participant of the Incident Response Team. Mary is committed to exceptional rigor in QMC’s compliance program in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid regulation, adherence to federal, state and local regulations, insurance billing, HIPAA compliance, data and information privacy, and cybersecurity in the heightened regulatory environment of the medical transportation billing field.

Mary has worked in healthcare for more than 30 years in various capacities in both the health insurance and provider sectors. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and a Master’s in Leadership from Duquesne University. She has a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and a Certificate in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) with the Health Care Compliance Association.
