As Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Quick Med Claims (QMC), Joe Degati is responsible for all aspects of technology at the company and leads a team of professionals focused on product development, software architecture, data and analytics, quality assurance, program management, infrastructure, and security. He has over 25 years of experience as a CIO including 20 years in healthcare and 10 years of medical billing/RCM.

Joe’s expertise is strategy development, technology scaling, and organizational effectiveness. He has experience with large-scale data analytics, AI, machine learning, and cloud computing. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Columbia University in NYC, certifications in AWS and HITRUST, and was a finalist for both “CIO of the Year” and “CISO of the Year” through the Greater Nashville Technology Council.
